Though we cannot walk the trail with Luke, still we have a chance to see the trail through his eyes. I have armed Luke with disposible cameras on his hike, so that he may take pictures of his journey. That way we can all share in the wonders of his hike, and walk with him, if only vicariously. I have arranged these Web Albums according to the roll of film to which they belong. As Luke gets to me the names and places these pictures represent, I will caption all of them. Perhaps later I will reorganize these Albums into specific locations. For now, click on the links below to view the Appalachian Trail through the eyes of Hobbes.

Want to contact Hobbes, our very own Cool Hands? Luke would certainly like to hear from you! You can do so, by sending him a good, old-fashioned letter via the US Postal Service. Click here for a list of Luke's mail drops. |
